By using fasthubeyy.site or the Pasabuy Tracker app (web or Android), you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Pasabuy Tracker is a free record-keeping tool. It helps you organise trips, orders, fees, payments and hand-overs. It does not buy, sell, ship or hold goods or money, and it is not a party to any agreement between you and your buyers.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your pasabuy business, including pricing, payments, customs and airline rules, taxes and any permits that apply to you.
• You must only record personal information about your customers that you are allowed to collect, and keep it secure.
• You must not use the service for anything illegal, including transporting prohibited or restricted goods.

3. Your data and backups

App data is stored on your device. Clearing your browser data, uninstalling the app, resetting the database or losing your device can permanently delete it. Export backups regularly; we cannot recover lost data.

4. Calculations

Fees, totals, balances and weights shown in the app are calculated from the values you enter. Always double-check important amounts before you confirm them with buyers.

5. Guides and content

Guides on this website are general information, not legal, tax or customs advice. Rules change — check with your airline and the relevant authorities.

6. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including lost data or business losses.

7. Changes

We may update the app, this website or these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
