This Privacy Policy explains how Pasabuy Tracker (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use this website (fasthubeyy.site), the Pasabuy Tracker web app (app.fasthubeyy.site) and the Pasabuy Tracker Android app.

1. Information you enter in the app

The app lets you record trips, customers (names, contact details, addresses, emails), orders, item photos, payments, receipt screenshots and delivery photos. This information is stored only on your own device — in the app’s local database on Android, or in your browser’s storage for the web app. We do not run a server that receives or stores it, and we cannot see it.

You are responsible for the customer information you choose to record and should only collect what you need for your orders. You can delete records in the app, reset all data from Settings, or export and keep your own backup file.

2. Device permissions

The Android app asks for camera and photo access only when you choose to attach an item photo, payment receipt or delivery photo, or to save the donation QR code to your gallery. These files stay on your device.

3. This website and advertising

This website uses Google AdSense to show advertisements. Google and its partners are third-party vendors that use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.

4. Hosting and logs

The website and web app are hosted on Vercel, which may process standard technical information such as IP addresses and browser type in server logs to deliver and secure the service.

5. Links to other services

The app links to third-party services you choose to use, such as GCash/InstaPay QR payments and Ko-fi for optional donations. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

6. Children

Pasabuy Tracker is intended for adults running pasabuy businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

7. Your rights
